Qualified and NCPS accredited counsellor offering in person sessions in Bury St Edmunds and online across the UK
Counselling for anxiety, low self esteem and relationship difficulties.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, the impact of a difficult relationship, or just feeling lost in yourself.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, at your own pace, without judgement. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you’re going through and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I work from a safe and comfortable space in Bury St Edmunds, also offering online session if that suits you better.
How I can support you
You might not have the right words for how you’re feeling yet — and that’s okay.
People come to counselling for many different reasons. Here are some of the areas I commonly support with:
- Anxiety and overthinking
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Difficult or unhealthy relationships
- Emotional and narcissistic abuse
- The impact of living with or loving someone with addiction (including alcohol)
- Bereavement, grief and loss
- Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or lost
- ADHD traits and emotional overwhelm
- Low mood
You don’t need to fit into a category to come to counselling.
Whatever you’re going through, we can take the time to explore it together in a way that feels safe and manageable for you.

Domestic abuse & coercive control
You may feel confused, unsure of yourself, or even blaming yourself. Together, we can gently make sense of your experiences, begin to question where that self-blame has come from, and start to rebuild your confidence and sense of self.
Narcissistic abuse and its effects
Support if you are living with, or recovering from, narcissistic abuse.
You may feel confused, drained, or like you’ve lost your sense of self. You might find yourself questioning your thoughts, your feelings, or even your reality.
Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences, gently rebuild your confidence, and help you reconnect with who you are.
We can also begin to understand where self-doubt and self-blame may have developed, and gently challenge those patterns in a safe and supportive way.
Support if you are living with, or affected by, someone’s relationship with alcohol or addiction.
You may feel anxious, on edge, or like you are constantly walking on eggshells. You might find yourself taking on more than you should, or questioning your own needs and feelings.
Together, we can begin to understand your experience, support you in setting boundaries, and help you reconnect with yourself.
ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem and overwhelm
Support if you are experiencing ADHD traits, anxiety, low self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed.
You may find your mind feels busy or hard to switch off, struggle with focus or motivation, or feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt. At times, everything can feel like too much.
Together, we can begin to understand what’s going on for you, find ways to manage these feelings, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
We will work at your pace, in a way that feels manageable and supportive for you.
